Dean's Message for May 29, 2025

Greetings from sunny Florida, with great thanks to Father Tim Sean, Deacon Tracy, and many others for allowing me some time with my family, and time alone for refreshment and recreation (in the literal senses of those words). I look forward to being back with you next week as we begin the liturgical season of Pentecost and the meterological season of summer. Please read on for information about our new summer worship schedule, office hours, and upcoming opportunities for formation and fellowship. Last week was the first of our new worship schedule, and one of the things I particularly enjoyed was the mingling of the 9:00 and 11:15 congregations and lay ministers. I ask you to take time to get to know someone new this summer, either new to you or new to St. Paul’s—you never know what relationships and adventures await! “Righteous Father, the world does not know you, but I know you; and these know that you have sent me. I made your name known to them, and I will make it known, so that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them” (John 17:26).
