CONSECRATION SUNDAY: GOOD NEWS!

Beloveds,
Yesterday, we celebrated Consecration Sunday at St. Paul's with a single joyous service followed by a brisk brunch in the East Garden. I hope you were able to be a part of this wonderful day. If not, I invite you to click on the links below to hear the sermon and to view the faith stories that our parishioners have shared with us in recent weeks. We looked at stewardship in a new way this year: through a lens of gratitude for the blessings in our life that we have received, from God and through St. Paul's as an instrument of God's grace.
By all measures, Consecration Sunday was successful beyond expectations. We received a fantastic number of pledges for 2022 so far, and on average, those who pledged increased their pledges by 16.8%. We were also blessed to receive over 30 new pledges.
If you have already made a pledge for 2022, the clergy, vestry and stewardship committee thank you. If you have not yet done so, it's not too late! We will be mailing out pledge cards and additional information. If you choose to pledge for 2022, please complete and mail the pledge card back, or click the link later in this message to pledge online. If you have a question or concern that you need to have addressed before making a pledge, please email or call me at your convenience.
St. Paul's is a force for good, and we are ready to emerge from the isolation of the pandemic with renewed energy and commitment. But we can only do it with your help and the help of our entire beloved church community. Please remember the place that St. Paul's has in your life as you are giving thanks this week.
Your servant in Christ,
